From the famous restaurants in cities such as Memphis and Birmingham to the side of the road pits in towns like Muscle Shoals, I have sampled the best and learned from bona fide pit masters. After years of honing the craft, I am bringing my knowledge and skills to our community. Merrill’s Barbeque offers Hickory smoked meats and traditional sides made from scratch.
